A single staffed station for a local Southern California event typically starts around here. It covers operators, equipment, setup, live operation, and teardown for a standard event window.
Staffing
$250 / operator hour
Additional crew and hours scale at a flat operator rate. We size the team to your guest count so the line never stalls.
Travel
$900 / outside SoCal
Events inside Orange County, LA, and San Diego carry no travel fee. Beyond that footprint we add a flat travel fee; nationwide programs are quoted with lodging and freight.

Local staffed stations generally start around $5,000, which covers operators, equipment, setup, and teardown for a standard event window. Smaller or shorter events are possible — call and we will scope it honestly.
Setup and teardown are part of the station quote, not a hidden add-on. Staffing hours in your quote include the load-in and pack-out time, typically about 90 minutes on each side.
Events in Orange County, LA, and San Diego carry no travel fee. Beyond that footprint we add a flat $900 travel fee, and true nationwide programs are quoted per trip with freight and lodging.
