A single staffed station for a local Southern California event typically starts around here. It covers operators, equipment, setup, live operation, and teardown for a standard event window.

Send us the date, city, guest count, and the products you have in mind. We would rather build you an honest quote around your actual event than hand over a generic price sheet you have to reverse-engineer. Most planners hear back within one business day with a station plan and a line-item quote.

Pricing questions

Is there a minimum to book?

Local staffed stations generally start around $5,000, which covers operators, equipment, setup, and teardown for a standard event window. Smaller or shorter events are possible — call and we will scope it honestly.

Do you charge for setup and teardown?

Setup and teardown are part of the station quote, not a hidden add-on. Staffing hours in your quote include the load-in and pack-out time, typically about 90 minutes on each side.

What if we are outside Southern California?

Events in Orange County, LA, and San Diego carry no travel fee. Beyond that footprint we add a flat $900 travel fee, and true nationwide programs are quoted per trip with freight and lodging.
